Hi Lynn, good question! To stay where you are at when accepting a change, click the mini arrow at the bottom of the Accept button to reveal more options. Then, select Accept Change. That should be it! Let me know. :)

Hello,

Do you know of a way in Word 2010 to unselect "Accept and move to next" so just the latest change is accepted? I'm working in a document with many footnotes, and if I just click accept, it bypasses the notes that must be updated at the bottom of the page. I'd much prefer to accept the current change and stay on the same page.
