Capitalise All Letters in a Sentence / Paragraph (Word 2007)

Do you know that you can quickly capitalise all letters in a sentence or a paragraph without having to retype it? You can also quickly capitalise the first letter of each word. Let’s say, you want to capitalise the sentence below:

This is just an example of how you can capitalise all letters in a sentence or paragraph.

1.  Highlight the entire sentence with your pointer.

2.  Press the Shift and F3 buttons on your keyboard at the same time. All the letters are capitalised at once.

3.  Press the Shift and F3 buttons again. All the letters are in lowercase.

4.  Press the Shift and F3 buttons for the third time. Only the first letter of the sentence is capitalised.

Note: Make sure the sentence / paragraph remains highlighted whenever you want to change its capitalisation.
